Dr. Sandra Okpuno, LL.M. (Financial Law & Policy), FCIArb (UK) is a multiple award-winning Nigerian lawyer, Chartered International Arbitrator, and distinguished legal practitioner with an outstanding record of excellence in litigation, arbitration, corporate advisory and commercial transactions. She is recognised for providing strategic, innovative, and commercially driven legal solutions to individuals, corporations, financial institutions, and public sector entities.
Dr. Okpuno graduated Magna Cum Laude and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial Law and Policy, equipping her with advanced expertise in financial regulation, corporate governance, commercial law, and international dispute resolution. Her academic accomplishments, combined with extensive practical experience, position her as a highly respected authority in complex legal and commercial matters.
Her areas of practice include International Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Corporate and Commercial Law, Oil & Gas Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Commercial Transactions. She has successfully represented clients in high-value and multifaceted disputes, negotiated commercial arrangements and advised on significant corporate, energy, and real estate transactions.
